Janice has been connected to the Internet for over 6-years, with a dialup service. Recently she moved to MediaCom Cable Broadband service, and increased her download speed by a factor of 70 (50kb/s to 3.8mbs/). Since her old webpage host was no longer being used we talked about a new website and it is now available. Jan plans to actively maintain content on the website using webforms that allow her to enter news, birthdays and events, and even image galleries and descriptions periodically.

Please take a look at the site and encourage her with suggestions for future additions. Also note that on her home page there is a link to an updates page that shows when each page of web-content was last changed. You can check for updates in one place and jump to read anything new. If any of you are sophisticated users with RSS-readers, just click on the very bottom link (rss.xml) on the updates information page to 'feed your reader' with Jan's information.
